Trashiyangtse Dzongkhag Administration, in collaboration with regional heads ,the Royal Bhutan Police (RBP), Bumdeling Gewog, Thromde Ngotshab and Rigsum Goenpa Lobdra joined the nation in offering prayers, Zhabten, and butter lamps at Rigsum Goenpa Lhakhang in commemoration of the auspicious 69th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo. A special lunch was served to the laborers involved in the Lhakhang reconstruction project, and together with them, we contributed to the reconstruction efforts.
