Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag Administration , Human Resource section conducted a Khadar Ceremony program to recognize the 07civil servants who were promoted to next higher level effective from 1st January 2023.

Hon'ble Dasho Dzongdag awarded the Khadhar and His Majesty 's Portrait on behalf of  Dzongkhag Administration as an appreciation and thankful to everyone for their hard work and dedication to Tsa-Wa-Sum.
