His Excellency Lyonpo Namgay Tshering visited Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag on 30th January, 2019 and held a meeting with the Gups, Mangmis, regional heads and sectorheads on 31st January, 2019 to sensitize on revised 12th FYP.
