Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag celebrated 39th birth anniversary of  his majesty the Fifth King at Tongzhang LSS, Tongmijangsa Gewog on 21st February, the occasion was organized by Tongmijangsa Gewog Administration and graced by Dasho Thuji Tshering, Dzongdag as the chief guest of the event.
