The 2nd Dzongkhag Tshogdhu (DT) of the 3rd Local Government of Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag was held on 7th March, 2022. The session mainly dominated the presentation, discussion and endorsement of the budget proposal for the fiscal year 2022-2023.
Other issues of national importance were also discussed during the session besides lengthy deliberations on the concerns raised over the prolonged delay and lack of progress of Kholongchu project.
The session was attended  by Dasho Dzongdag, Lam Neten, Dasho Drangpoen, Dasho SP, Dzongrab Gom, Sector-heads and officials from the Regional Offices.
