Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag Administration along with the Regional Offices, Business Communities and Gewog centers marked the Environment Day on 4^thJune, 2019 which coincides with the Birth Anniversary of Her Majesty, The Gyaltsuen, Jetsun Pema Wangchuck.

The Dzongkhag Administration offered one thousand butter lamps at Chorten Kora and thereafter, organized a mass cleaning campaign at Yangtse town and also all the eight Gewogs conducted the cleaning campaign within their respective jurisdiction so as to pray for Her Majesty's good health and longevity.
