SUMMARY:118th National Day Celebration
DESCRIPTION:The 118th National Day was celebrated with due solemnity and pa
 triotic spirit\, beginning with the offering of butter lamps and Zhabtoen 
 at Kuenra Old Dzong\, along with the unfurling of the sacred Thongdrel. Th
 e main ceremony featured a traditional Chibdrel reception\, flag hoisting 
 with the National Anthem and Guard of Honour\, religious offerings\, and t
 he Royal Address of His Majesty The Druk Gyalpo. The celebration was furth
 er marked by a parade and cultural performances\, and concluded with Tashi
  Lekpel followed by lunch marking the end of the celebration.\n\n
